Happy Sunday! Another fantastic month has come and gone – leaving many wonderful memories for me to take into this new month! Hey, November! and it’s Spring not Autumn – but almost Summer in South Africa! So, I am hoping to experience more sunny days ahead for fun filled outdoor activities.
Before we get into this months goals I would like to go over each goal that I set for myself last month and the progress that I’ve made. I am happy to say that I have stopped biting my nails but I do know that it’s still early days and anything can set my habit off again – but I am hopeful. I also managed to quit drinking fizzy drinks, cut down on my sugar intake and drink more water! I am so proud of myself because I have dropped 5 kgs – pretty impressive. That was the easy stuff. As for my fitness goals, I did not manage to exercise much. I feel that I might have set my goal for exercising a tad too high. For this month I will set a more realistic expectation for myself and see how that works out for me. Blogging has taken a bit of a stand still this month and that’s because I’ve been so busy enjoying my holiday with family and friends that I’ve completely lost track of my posts but I am back.
This month’s goals, here it goes:
No mindless eating. Make better food choices and cut out breads!
Learn to straighten my hair on my own and maintain a well groomed look!
Getting fit is my main priority at this stage. My goal for this month is to not skip a workout and exercise for 30 minutes only – 3 times a week. My mother suggested this workout routine to help get myself back on track. I would also like to spend more time outside.
I would like to spend more time with myself for more quiet reflections.
Maintain consistency, produce creative content and stop being lazy!
Yip. Once I’ve reached this goal – I might change it! So, I want to stick to my budget and I want to spend less money.
So, November, please be awesome.
What are some of your goals for this month?
