Deciding to embark on an Internet journey -becoming a blogger or YouTube or what I like to call it “content creator” isn’t easy and it takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there for the whole world to see and judge.
If you do have friends or family or just have a favourite content creator that you feel is worth something then carry on reading to find out how you can help them grow their audience for free.
4 Ways You Can Help Your Favourite Blogger/Youtuber For Free:
1. Subscribe to their platform
This way you will be able to keep up to date with their latest uploads by getting notifications but it’s also a great way to boost the creators self esteem. I personally get so excited when I receive new subscriptions, it makes me really happy knowing people actually enjoy my content and want more. It keeps me going.
2. Like their featured content
It’s a simple fact that in today’s world of social media that the more likes you get counts as a standard validation of how many people actually like your work even though this isn’t true at all it’s always pleasing to the eye and to new viewers. But this is actually a quick way to let the creator know that you enjoyed their work – simple as that.
3. Comment on their posts
Engagement is a very important for online content creators because it allows them to interact and get to know their readers/viewers. This also starts conversations and let’s the creator know what their audience actually likes/dislikes. Commenting also allow the creator to form bonds and relationships with their viewers.
4. Share their work to your Social platforms
Sharing is caring whether online or in our day to day lives. We taught to share from a very young age – simply because it’s good manners. Sharing their work to your Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc. page allows the content to reach a wider scope. The more people see their work, the more views their blog/channel gets. This is a really effective way to help them reach their milestones.
This might seem trivial and not considered important to a lot of readers but trust me it makes a world of a difference for the creator and it can be done for FREE and in the comfort of your cosey home.
