I personally love trying out new recipes. I’ve been following Friendly First Foods for some time now and I am always inspired by her quick and healthy treats for children. Since we do Baby Led Weaning with our daughter I am always searching for new and exciting meal ideas. Having said that my daughter is not a fan of these pancakes but bless her for trying, she did enjoy the berries though – I on the other hand absolutely devoured these pancakes in seconds they were so delish and worth the try!
Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancakes With Berry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 banana
1 tsp of crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp coconut (to fry)
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (sauce)
For the sauce I simply put mixed frozen berries in a saucepan and let it boil until it became a sauce.
I’ve adopted the recipe to suit my preferences but be sure to check her website out for a lot more!
Quick Tips:
- Make small pancakes
- Get the pan nice and hot
- Keep a close eye not to burn
Comment below what your favourite pancake topping is.
Keep Smiling,
Fazeelah
